What is FaeryFair! Digital Dolls

FaeryFair! Digital Dolls is a dress-up game prototype where you can dress-up a variety of dolls. 

It's a project I've sat on for the last few months due to working on more extensive project but I've decided to truly commit to creating this thing for the next two weeks.

Dress-up games have always been my go-to comfort game and it's my favourite part of most games (It's the thing I probably spend the most time doing in the Sims4). So I wanted to create a game that ticked that interest. 

Currently, the project is in its infancy and the only doll available is Isla, but I plan to release more dolls each month or so.

Features

I plan to create a dress-up game that you can get lost in with an abundance of choice and a tonne of fun little features. I’ll be adding:

• Visual effects 
• Day and night cycles (controlled by the player)
• Seasonal Cycle (also controlled by the player)  
• A whole range of different outfits and combinations 
• A playlist of music
• And perhaps even a cute little mini-game where you can make dolls interact with each other

For now, my main focus for this game jam is coming up with the base features:

• Picking colors
•  Switching between outfits and characteristics
•  Saving doll outfits

This will also aid in customer customisation for the visual novels I plan on creating in the future so I'm hoping to get all this done by the Winter Jam.
